2010s Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the2010s platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out here.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 2010s platform through our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 2010s as the platform operator. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The 2010s platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to use the services offered in Malaysia.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full services of the 2010s platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity or with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior warning.

You must notify2010s immediately if there is any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.2010s will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to protect their account information.

  • Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
  • Users must provide valid identification documents when requested for identity verification purposes.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 2010s platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch'n Go eWallet, FPX, and online bank transfers via major Malaysian banks.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account after system verification. Deposit processing time depends on the selected payment method and may take up to 15 minutes under normal circumstances. If your deposit has not been credited within that time, please contact our customer support.

Fund withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

  • Users must have completed the identity verification process before making their first withdrawal.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50, and the maximum depends on the user's account level.
  • Withdrawal processing time is between 1and 3 business days.
  • 2010s reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes where necessary.

Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, create fraudulent transactions, or settle payments using unauthorised third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

2010s platform users are responsible for ensuring that all their activities on the platform comply with applicable Malaysian law. Users may not use this platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could compromise the safety and well-being of other users.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from 2010s.
  • Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to 2010s servers or systems.
  • Providing misleading, deceptive, or false information during registration or any interaction with the platform.
  • Conducting transactions intended for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
  • Using another person's account or registering on behalf of someone else without proper authorisation.

Violating any of these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance associated with the prohibited activity, and legal action where warranted.

Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

The 2010s platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from technical errors, or fully secure against external threats.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 2010s will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds due to technical disruptions, unauthorised activity by third parties, or user error.

All content, logos, brand names, interface designs, and related materials found on the 2010s platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 2010s. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written permission.

The 2010s platform may contain links or references to third-party services or websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Governing Law & Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the 2010s platform will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

2010s reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed limited or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
